I went to a Flinders Quartet concert recently and they worked with two composers on separate scores for an old french silent film Le sculpteur express. I love the way the quartet champion new music and did this drawing at the concert. The film played while they did evoking very different moods and sound from the inspiration of and to accompany the same footage.
