I was asked to do a card for the Flinders quartet, with the focus on music and not on the religion.

I was at a Melbourne Indy Voices concert at Collingwood town hall on Sunday and did a few drawings. A chorister did suggest I should do them all as a group portrait- which is very hard indeed.

I have entered
exhibition dates: 8 – 17 November 2018
at 45 Downstairs on Flinders lane. How Small? every work must be 20 by 20 cm or less.
I submitted three works- titled Upside, Downside and Aside, because of the shapes.
I build the supports and then toned them to mesh as a grouping, they were then overlayered with colour.

I went to the Flinders quartet season launch last night and drew the quartet. I took a photo of it, below. It is abstracted and uses forms to imply persons.
