The Corkscrew, Adelaide Hills

Some years ago (around 2005)  when living in Adelaide and riding  in the Adelaide Hills,  I was taken with the view across to the Corkscrew and set up and did a drawing there.  It is a layered landscape image, with lots of diffenrt media, trying to capture the sens of the vertical and the convoluted turning of the road in the hillscape.  Texture and colour use became very important and evocative.
