Heidelberg Symphony Orchestra – Oboe concerto

I went to a concert with my son, the Heidelberg Symphony Orchestra, a talented amateur orchestra and did a few sketches of them.  One I am particularly happy with  if this of the soloist Anne Gilby.

I started it in pen and ink and then moved into watercolours.  After some thought I added overlaid paper in a technique called papier colle, using forms of paper.  in this case it is Japanese paper with lovely patterns.
