I did two still lives of pomegranates and a pear, in waercolour and ink on paper, with papiers colle. THey were then sliced and woven together. This is high risk. This is where I was a little while back. It has moved on so I will post a set of time lapse shots soon.

I went to a Flinders Quartet concert recently and they worked with two composers on separate scores for an old french silent film Le sculpteur express. I love the way the quartet champion new music and did this drawing at the concert. The film played while they did evoking very different moods and sound from the inspiration of and to accompany the same footage.
I painted an oil, based on rowing at Luzern, using watercolour techniques and glazes with oils and texture. I have put some details below and then a full overall image:
