Still life

A three element still life as a formal exercise, in oils from which a monoprint was taken using litho paper.  Oddly I prefer the monoprint as it has a more active marked surface

5 figs

I worked this up in inks on canvas, adding gesso, and working the wet surface.  Lovely colours, enhanced with a damar glaze.
